problem while installing Mead on Red Hat linux 9 (kernel 2.4.20-8)

Dear Prof. Radev,
 
  I have installed the MEAD package on linux 7.2 successful. But when I turn to use RedHat 9.0 with kernel 2.4.20-8, I encountered some problems. After installation, type "mead.pl GA3", I got the following message:
