As a newbie, puzzled by these problems as follows. Pls help me. Thanks.
1. A mead config file is a handy place for settings like using
additional features. But how to let mead.pl know it? I didn't find
there's an option in command-line for mead.pl. I created one config file
but it seems it was not used by mead.pl. I tried old ways that cat it to
driver.pl. That works.
2. I tried query-based summarization. As problem 1 unsolved, I put the
script for the "QueryCosine.pl" in a config file and cat it to
driver.pl. I get the following errors. I think that it complains cannot
find idf database file since no problem with QueryCosineNoIDF.pl. So,
when and how is this idf db created and used? Does mead generate an
index file for all documents in a cluster when it parses documents and
create idf file incrementally? And how to get this query-based
QueryCosine work? Thanks.
