[Mead] how to create nidf.dir and nidf.pag?

hi all
when i try "cidr.pl" from mead "ADD ONS", i have problem,
i always create a new cluster every documents, because it
can't found nidf.dir and nidf.pag, therefore the
similarity value always be zero.
how i create nidf.dir and nidf.pag ??
help me pls
