I tried to put in a value of 10 for length, however on some summarizations
there were sentences that were less that 10 words long. The amount of data
was not too much and I had a summarization for 100 sentences.

If there is not too much data, and it needs to fulfill the compression
requirements, does it ignore the cutoff length feature? If yes, is there a
way to disable that?
