I was finally able to merge the two SIGIR submissions with the
report. Please each of you do the following (in the next few days,
please as I am expecting a nasty message from Fred any of these days):
- look over the parts that you personally wrote and send me mail about
what needs to be changed. Look especially for redundant or missing
text.
- look over the whole thing and let me know what are the main
problems.
I will do the same. I am already aware of a number of problems, e.g.,
the huge number of tables in the results section, some slide snapshots
that are no longer needed, etc. In fact, all slides that are not Excel
graphs or some useful tables will eventually disappear.
