The ranking of CS conferences in hardware
has some glitches (e.g., ISPD is "unranked",
but should be in the top group in hardware).
The ranking of CS journals in hardware is totally off.

While I published in each of these journals
and reviewed for them, the latter two are certainly
not "premium", the first one has little to do with CS,
and the top three journals in CAD are not mentioned
in any category (they are ACM Trans. on Design Autom.,
IEEE Trans. on CAD, and IEEE Trans. on VLSI).
