LexRank is the method for document ranking and text summarization developed at U. Michigan by Gunes Erkan and Dragomir Radev. This demo was written by Patrick Jordan.

This demo uses the graph visualization and algorithms provided in the JUNG API. The homepage for JUNG can be found here.

Enter text into the document text window and press "Create Graph" to see the LexRank algorithm run over the text.

If you have problems with copy-and-paste you need to enable the applet permissions. This is done by editing (and perhaps creating) the .java.policy in your home directory. The file should contain
